• uploading only data they own or have the right to use,
• ensuring that uploaded files originate from TikTok’s official data export feature.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• upload files containing malware or data you are not authorized to use.

No Guarantees

While we strive for accuracy, TikTok Wrapped does not guarantee that all insights are complete, error-free, or suitable for specific decisions. The results should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

The website design, original branding, text, and software logic of TikTok Wrapped belong to its operator unless otherwise stated. “TikTok” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only descriptively; we claim no rights in them. Users retain full ownership of their uploaded data.

Limitation of Liability

TikTok Wrapped is not responsible for:

• decisions made based on generated insights,
• data loss caused by user error,
• interruptions or temporary unavailability of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer-protection and general laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the operator’s place of business.
